About the Role
You will be the lead architect behind the world's most advanced wireless interconnect platform. This is a mission-critical, prominent leadership role in our core IP team. You'll define and own the development of custom mmWave and sub-THz (24–120+ GHz) wireless systems from simulation to hardware integration. You’ll work alongside top-tier engineers and physicists building something never done before.
What You’ll Do
Architect and design high-performance mmWave/sub-THz wireless systems for both Earth-based and orbital applications
Lead a multidisciplinary team across RF, PHY/MAC, and antenna systems.
Develop beamforming, MIMO, and custom protocol stack solutions.
Manage system-level simulations (MATLAB, Python, ADS, CST, Ansys, Sionna) and guide lab/field validation.
Drive first-principles design of transceivers, waveforms, and RF front-ends.
Oversee system integration with silicon, embedded, and hardware teams.
Act as technical owner through the productization and manufacturing stages
Mentor engineers, influence hiring, and help shape technical culture.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in mmWave wireless, RF systems, or advanced comms (5G, radar, satellite)
Deep knowledge of beamforming, MIMO, mmWave propagation, and PHY design
Expertise in simulation, validation, and test environments (VNA, Spectrum, etc.)
Experience leading teams and driving end-to-end delivery in complex systems
Strong communication skills; fluent in English
Bonus: Background in startups, RF SoC, or academic research in wireless

MATLAB, Python, CST Studio, HFSS, Keysight ADS, NVIDIA Sionna, mmWave test equipment, beamforming algorithms
