WHO WE ARE
Some problems only reveal themselves after years of working at the edges of a field. Our founders spent their careers there: inside exascale supercomputers, commercializing wireless systems at scale, designing mmWave architectures for environments where failure is not an option, and building software-defined radio for quantum computing infrastructure.
Different fields. Different problems. The same ceiling. Physical connectivity that constrains system design, slows deployment, and resists the kind of change that every other layer of modern compute has already made. We came together because none of us could solve it alone, and we all knew it was worth solving. That is Rivvor.

Nazym Paltachev is an industrial engineer and technology entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building and scaling companies in the wireless and advanced technology sectors. He has led commercialization efforts for complex systems and formed strategic partnerships that transformed emerging technologies into market-ready, large-scale solutions across global industries.
Timour Paltachev
Co-Founder | Chief Science & Product
Timour Paltachev is a veteran computer engineer with 40+ years of experience in microprocessor and GPU architecture for high-performance computing and AI. He holds 33 U.S. patents and has led elite engineering teams in Silicon Valley. His work at AMD on the DOE CORAL-2 program contributed to the Frontier and El Capitan exascale supercomputers, helping translate HPC breakthroughs into scalable AI infrastructure.

Konstantine Tiutin
Co-Founder | CTO
Konstantine Tiutin is a wireless systems architect with 15+ years of experience in mmWave, satellite communications, and ultra-low-latency wireless design. He has developed satellite links reaching 2 Gbps and engineered real-time VR systems using adaptive OFDM modulation. He holds a U.S. patent and specializes in high-reliability RF system integration.

Computing performance has advanced rapidly. Physical connectivity has not.
As systems grow denser and more complex, cables and static topologies increasingly constrain system design, deployment, and operation. Rivvor was founded to rethink how data moves inside modern infrastructure.

Our focus is not on replacing entire networks, but on removing friction where physical connectivity creates the greatest limitations.
