Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site operated by Rivvor, Inc. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Rivvor and contact us for lawful business purposes. You agree not to: copy, scrape or harvest content or data by automated means; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems; interfere with the Site's operation or security; use the Site to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material; or misrepresent your identity, organization or U.S.-person status.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, images, video, diagrams and software, are owned by Rivvor or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. RIVVOR, RIVVOR Fabric and the Rivvor logo are trademarks of Rivvor, Inc. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use them without our written permission. You may view and print pages for your internal, non-commercial evaluation of Rivvor.

Information on the Site

Content on the Site is for general information only and is not an offer to sell. Product descriptions, specifications, performance figures, roadmaps and availability reflect our current plans and test results, may change without notice, and do not create any warranty or commitment. Any purchase, pilot or partnership is governed solely by a separate written agreement.

Submissions and confidential information

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, classified or export-controlled information through the Site. Unless we have signed a nondisclosure agreement with you, information you send through the Site is not treated as confidential. If you send us feedback or ideas, you grant Rivvor a royalty-free right to use them without obligation to you.

Export compliance

Rivvor technology and technical data may be subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and, where applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. You agree to comply with those laws, to give accurate information when we screen requests, and not to access or request controlled materials if you are prohibited from receiving them. We may decline or limit any request in our discretion.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites such as Medium, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIVVOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Rivvor against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County or Sacramento County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact
